!Yeah! !!!Realtors always seem to write in exclamations!!! !LOTS OF TIMES THEY USE ALL CAPS!
Our house showed quite well, but the buyers weren't interested. One of them was not interested because they are looking for larger bedrooms. My realtor shrugged and said she thinks they don't realize that until houses get into much higher price brackets, bedroom sizes don't change much. If that's what they're fixed on, though, no sense in worrying. Tomorrow is the showing for the brokers. I'm making Rosemary Shortbread cookies.
