I'm a writer with four novels and more than two dozen short stories published. The best known is probably my novel China Mountain Zhang. A collection of my short stories, called Mothers and Other Monsters, was published by Small Beer Press in July '05.

I really do think Maureen's reputation for congeniality is such that she could spend a month or two getting boisterously drunk on airplanes and punching out photographers and throwing phones at hotel clerks and people would still think her award nomination couldn't have happened to a nicer person.
I can punch out photographers? Cool.
Since the people most likely to take photographs of me are Adam and Bob, this could get dicey.
There are certainly some Locus photographers you should have punched out.

Ohio doesn't have a Revel and Bask but it should. Maureen can do it if she tries. Eminem did it for Michigan and Maureen is much fiercer than Eminem on any given day.
